My husband of 2 years served in the Viet Nam war. While in Asia he developed boils (which are now gone) and acne while in the field. He claims (and I believe him..he has no reason to lie) that he never messed around with women while there (he was married to someone else at the time).
The acne comes and goes around his lower lip and chin area. He has breakouts once in awhile that are like little white pimples all over this area.
The doctor put him on anti biotics to take when he has these break outs and I'm really concerned that he takes them off & on so often.
Any other Viet Nam vets having this issue?
Anyone know what it is?
I tend to feel it may have been something in the Asian soil or swamps that he is not immune to.
I'd appreciatte any help.
