About a month ago I received a Brazilian wax. About 24 hours later my boyfriend performed oral sex (about 30 minutes). About 24 hours after that I worked out for about 2 hours and was not able to take a shower until two hours later. Later that day I started to develop slightly painful red bumps. I have been tested for all STIs and everything was negative. It’s a month later and the bumps are still there. I went to the school doctor and she said I had barely detectable bacterial vaginosis. I did a round of meds but the bumps/sores remain. Some hurt and itch, some do not. Some of the bumps look like pimples, some (when rubbed or scratched) open up and are red, some are just little bumps. The skin around my anus is very sensitive and if I am too rough there (while washing or wiping) the skin cracks open and is sore/painful. I do not have health insurance so going to a doctor is difficult. I am concerned about staph infections. Anyone have this type of issue? What did you do? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
My friend and i had the same thing last year. They would itch really bad sometimes and sometimes hurt. and they looked like pimples. I went to my doctor and she said it was fuliculitis of something. Its a type of staph infection i think. Anyways she game me some medicine and they went away in like 2 or 3 weeks. It came back again a few months ago but went away on its own!
