I am 38. I have been trying to loose weight for the past three years. What's changed? My metabolism (after 35, not kidding). What have I found that works? Stop trying these pills! Why are so many toxins in our food and water and skin care? Because these companies are out to make money, they don't care how healthy you are, or if you are over weight. The FDA only controls things that kill you or can kill you or can cause severe serious illnesses because they have so few people to do their work, they can only focus on the greatest product threats. Also if you eat naturally occuring things a lot, carrot sticks, celery, salads, etc. these are living things, and help you loose weight. THink about it, we were not designed to eat burgers and tons of bread without any natural fiber, which naturally cleans out your colon, and tons of meat, which clogs your colon! We were designed to eat mostly fruit and vegetables and whole grains. Eat meat, just eat less meat, try to stick to chicken (no hormones or antibiotics because this messes up your hormones!! try to get organic fed free range chicken) eat less processed foods, they are full of chemicals (recognize the ingredients? then not natural, chemical, chemicals = weight gain) Avoid sugar, try stevia, a super condensed natural sweetner, (avail. in most healthfood stores)Try the cleanse, get the DVD free and see what I mean. You need to educate yourself.
How are these quick fixes (pills) working for you? How much money have you spent so far in your life? Or on the money you spend to ship products back? This is coming from a person who has tried it all... out the money and out the results until now. Two weeks.. lost five pounds. It's not hard..just takes making some changes in habits... that's all! Nothing changes if nothing changes. Hope this helps someone....

I happend to meet a person who is well aquainted himself with herbs...He informed me that there is a herb which can reduce body weight and make one appear slim. What was this weight loss product you are referring to? I am using a weight loss supplements also which I had an idea on it after watching the television. I don't know if we have the same product so I wanted to know which one are you referring to. I also did manage to lose weight efficiently with 15 lbs. Hoping to know this supplement of yours.
