I have these really weird like white headed dot type things under the head of my penis along the rim...they have been there for a while now, but im starting to get a little worried about them i took a picture of them hopefully some one can help me out, as admitidly im a bit scared to go to the doctors about it. In the picture you can see them they are a little different from my view than the pic however, they have little white tips wich is weird.

Hope to hear a response from someone who can hopefully help me and point me in the right direction, maybe there is some form of cream etc i can use to make them go away,
