Could be palpitations triggered by an irritated vagal nerve. There are a number of articles that make a connection between digestive distress and fluttering/palpitations triggered through the nerve, as this nerve has control over heart rhythm.

Read this over and over, you have a case of gas, plain and simple. Are you constipated?

I have the same thing. It seems to quiver more and is pronounced at night when I sleep, with the increased fat intake which leads me to believe it is my pancreas. I have not had it diagnosed because my GP thinks it's just muscle spasms. Have you found anything yet?

Hi there, I started with this feeling about 2 weeks ago and its constant.

Im 25, no children, Im infertile so I know its certainly no babies.
I am curious to know what this is, I have notice I am stressed lately with work and my current relationship and woundering if its the trigger. I was speaking to my colleague who has the same side effects and they suggested IBS?

Going to book myself in with an appointment and see whats up. Glad to know its just not me!

Female, quite similar age to you (17), similar "problems". (Honestly, not having a period for half a year without any noticeable sideaffects isn't a problem for me.) As far as I can tell from research - albeit from questionable health forums - the strange bubble feeling under left upper ribcage is not directly related. I've had it a lot too.
It seems to be a mixture of gas and some sort of contraction to do with the intestine? I can't find anything more specific.
As far as I can tell, both the bubble and loss of periods can be underpinned by stress or anxiousness - if you're quite underweight, though, that may be a cause of the latter.
I can't help you with the dark blood (it could be old?) and I realise a year has passed, so I hope you don't need an explanation any more.
Hope it's going well!

Did you ever get any answers on this condition? I have had exact same thing. Spasm under left rib followed by lightheadedness and palpitations.

So I know this is from a while ago, but your symptoms sound like mastocytosis. EDS is very common with mastocytosis. It’s very rare but I have it. Also, look into POTS, also common with EDS and mastocytosis

Maybe it is a parasite. I am taking diatamaceous earth for this fluttery feeling. Day 4 more energy. So maybe it is a bug

Apparently many many people are having the same strange phenomena including myself. One friend of mine who lives in Portland Oregon went to the hospital and demand that they removed whatever it was that was underneath his left rib cage. They said no they didn't know what he was talking about and he got extremely angry at said remove this right now and you know what it is and they did and whatever it was is no longer in him and he feels much better he told me much better so apparently the doctors didn't know what it was and had no problem with her moving it when he demanded it be removed. I asked him what it was he said I don't know what it was and I don't care I just wanted a out and they did it and I feel better.
