I'm looking to improve my time, has anyone heard of it. It's that thing where you run 20 metres before a beep, then run back ect. As time goes on the beeps start going faster. My time for it was 10.5 minutes. Does anyone know the best way to train to improve it in about 4 months? Thanks.
I am not sure I quite understand the test... Out of interest Could you elaborate.

Umm, I'll do my best, here I'll do it in points so it's simple.

-20 m sprints
-starting off slow, gradually getting faster at each level
-the level increases every 30 seconds
-beeps are played by a CD player
-I beleive it origonated in Quebec Canada in the 1980's

If you found a place to buy this or how to set up the pace please tell me. I'm trying to work hard on my endurance since I have the endurance of a ball of lint. So if you found something like that please tell me. =) Thanks.
