I immediately liked what people were saying about cranwater, so I decided to try it. It is very simple to make it- mix 56 oz of water with 8 oz unsweetened pure 100% cranberry juice. This is a daily amount, there’s no need to take more than that. It is important not to take cranberry juice with sugar, it has to be pure. Cranwater is a diuretic, and it pulls the water out of your system through the kidneys. It also reduces the cellulite in your body.
