The drowsiness and fatigue you feel is normal. Ejaculating produces a calming and relaxed affect. I don't get the blurred vision for up to a week, i find that strange.
My grand father used to say if you masterbate to much your going to go blind and that is why he wore glasses.

It's possible that the increase in blood pressure is affecting your eyesight, however, I suspect that this is going to require an eye exam.
I've never heard of any after affects from masturbation or orgasm lasting this long... except for pregnancy, of course!
