I believe SAPODERM Medicated Soap works wonders! I suffer from acne on my chin only, haven't been using Sapoderm for the last month(plus eating really badly) and I need to get some to dry up all the new nasties on my chin. I do not believe in popping, however sometimes it is unavoidable...I think the skin scars either way! Sapoderm twice or more a day, for life will reduce the problem + proper hygiene, and fresh pillowcases(AGREED)!!

I had Accutane 5 years ago, my pimples came back today, It's my problem righ now actually. I think Accutane is only good for 5 years contraryto what it was promised.

I remember my days when I have suffered a lot just like you. I used to apply a paste of sandalwood paste, it works miracles and on the weekends scrubbed my face with roughly pounded mint paste. Even today, I do the same for my body. I use Parachute's summerfresh body lotion. it is light and minty. The same effect as then.

just use crest toothpast and use it as a facial cream i use it and it works great it dries the oil and kills bacteria

No one ever recognizes or addresses the #1 cause of acne -- diet. Acne isn't a skin problem. It is a reaction to an underlying problem. It's the body's way of resolving peripheral problems. As Dr. Robert Young states, "We are only as healthy as our blood." This pertains to the skin as well. Toxins and acids are excreted through the four channels of elimination -- urination, excrementation, perspiration and exhalation. Whatever goes in must come out. If your dermatologist tells you diet has nothing to do with acne find a new one who knows what they're talking about and who understands the importance of dietary habits. 

Do NOT eat dairy, meat or any acid ash foods. You MUST get alkaline because I promise you that you suffer from acidosis and resulting inflammation. Go green. Chlorophyll has the same molecular structure as human blood except for the center atom -- magnesium in chlorophyll, iron for blood. Best would be to go vegan IF you are serious about ridding yourself of acne.

 

Remember, live food, live body. Dead food, dead body. Live, raw, enzymatic foods are best. Buy a good juicer and begin juicing. Try a good enzyme supplement. I find P-A-L Enzymes to be best. A good non-dairy probiotic such as is in Green Vibrance powder is great as well for digestion.

Why don't you try a more natural approach. Use natural products or use products that contains anti-bacterial property since pimples or acne are mostly cause by bacteria from the dirt and pollution of the environment. Honey for example is a natural product that with antibacterial property that work great in getting rid of pimples.

From My side i Suggest you some tips for you i hope it will helpfull for you.

1.Wash your face twice a day. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples.
2. Use a noncomedogenic moisturizer. After washing it is important to apply a good moisturizer to hydrate the skin and prevent it from become dry and irritated.
3. Avoid touching your face or popping pimples. Hands come into contact with more dirt and bacteria throughout the day than any other part of the body, which is why you should avoid touching your face at all costs.
4. Use exfoliating treatments and face masks once a week. Skin exfoliators and face masks are great products which can be very beneficial for the skin, but they should only be used sparingly.
5. Avoid overloading your skin with products. Too many creams, lotions and gels can clog your pores and lead to breakouts, so make sure to apply any facial products sparingly, and no more frequently than is indicated on the packaging.

Hi, I completely realize what you are feeling right now. I too had the acne filled all over my face. Then a friend of mine suggested me to undergo the acne treatment which she has already done before in a cosmetic dermatology center - Fair view laser clinic at Toronto. Its now since 2 months I have underwent the acne treatment and it really works. I think, it is the best way to get rid of the acne and hence the best pimple treatment
