It did help. Sorry for having late response. May I also know what could be the symptoms if you're in fertile and ovulation stage?

When you ovulate you would probably notice an increase in vaginal discharge, which changes from white, creamy or non-existent to clear, stretchy and slippery. But you may also notice other indications like breast tenderness, bloating, mild abdominal pain, slightly increased body temperature or an increased sex drive. These are less reliable, only help when you are trying to get pregnant. I would not rely on them for not getting pregnant.
You are considered fertile for the previous 5 days only because sperm can often live that long. But that depends on the quality of the sperm. So the fertile time is dictated by sperm survival rather that any changes in your body.
However there are ovulation prediction kits available over the counter which test your temperature and the hormone levels in your urine to find out when you're at your most fertile. Ovulation is started by a surge in hormones.
The most practical and cheap method is to measure your basal temperature. Take your temperature every morning before you get up and you will notice a rise in temperature at and around ovulation time. But you will need to establish your own pattern by observation.
