I do a lot of weight lifting and cycling, but I wouldn't call them cross-training.

I prefer to swim but I also bike. Hate the bike, but it keeps my quads in good running form.

I prefer the indoor rower. It's a great quad and shin builder if you can believe it. Plus it keeps the upper bod from turning to mush.

Cycling and swimming first off. I also love hiking, canoing, and lifting weights.
I like to play tennis and hike in the summer. In the winter I go skiing!
