Im and 18 year old and I don't drink that much only twice a month or so. When I do drink I get this sharp pain in the middle of my chest (not all the time though). I also get really hot, I feel faint and my heart beats really fast! the pain in my chest is un-bearable. 20 minutes later it's gone like nothing happened and I feel fine? Anyone have any clue on what I'm experiencing, thanks
