I have few white spots on my foreskin. I can see them clearly when I’m erect or stretch the skin. They are very small about 1mm in diameter. They don’t cause any discomfort but I am worried about them.
The way you described it sounds to me that are penile papules. I had the, they are harmless nerve endings. Lots of men have it. However some STD symptoms can occur in that way, so it is important to exam them. Good luck!
