I woke up this morning with a buch of red and white dots all over my groin area. I am sexually active but with only one partner and it has been about a week since we have had sex. I shave so I am wondering if it is becasue of that but I have been shaving for about 4 years now and have never woke up with this. They are kind of itchy but not terrible. It looked like pus or something was filled in the white spots. They are only by my pelvic region and by the bikini area and throughout the outside of my groin, but not inside. I got laser hair removal done 2 days ago so I was thinking they didnt clean it or something?? I have no idea but I am freaking out and hope it is nothing serious!! PLEASE HELP!
It definitely does sound like pimples caused by laser hair removal so, nothing that serious. That’s because pimples form when hair root canals or follicles are irritated for some reason, even shaving could be the cause like you already know. And skin and follicles in genital area are especially sensitive because skin there is very thin. Of course that chances for pimples to appear rise if there is any additional dirt or moisture (from clothes), but they can appear without any of that also. Did they give you any instructions how to treat the area?
