I am 18 yrs old and i have noticed small white balls on my testicles. they use to be on both sides but they have disapeared on one side and they are currently on one side of my sack. i am a vergin, they dont hurt, or have any discharge. i doubt that they are zits but one did pop but others wouldn't. they are about an eighth of an inch in size. they just have me worried because they have been there for a while and have not changed. could you lead me in the right direction on what this may be or what it is and steps i could take to get rid of them if possable.
thanks.
thanks.
These white balls you are talking about could be the swollen hair follicles and if you notice a little spot on them, you could be sure I am right!
You know that hairs that grow in your genital are could sometimes ingrow or the follicles could become swollen. They seem to be like ordinary pimples and like you could pop them out but I would say you don’t do that as you could have them infected and later have troubles with pus and blood and redness and whatnot!
You just leave them alone and they should pass on their own. You try to wear more comfortable pants to avoid friction and possible inflammation and I guess you should be fine in a few days.
I know these white spots could give you concerns but you have nothing to worry about as you are still a virgin and you have the least chances to get some STD.
