First of all, a yeast infection isn't a sexual transmitted infection. It's usually caused by a pH imbalance or from a not so clean area. It could be bacterial vaginosis. I would check with your obgyn or gyno to fix the problem.

I too have the white clumpy discharge, with no odor, pain, nor itchiness. I've been to 2 OB/GYNs hoping for a solution. Had STD tests, rounds of yeast treatment and BV treatments (orally and vaginally). No resolve. I DO NOT have a sex partner! I'm thinking, what if I'm dehydrated and my discharge is clumpy because of it? I also drink wine excessively, and I wonder if that could be why.
