I have itching in my tonsil every time i feel itching and my left tonsil has a white coat and i feel pain in my neck and swallowing node in right ..i cant swalling a saliva i feel pain other wise i have white small coat in my left tangue ..with painless i didnt go to doctor yet..is any one explain me this ..thnkz
