I have excellent hygiene, wash my face 2-3 times a day with acne cleanser and face wash and I apply moisturizers. I just got one of these on my upper lip because shaving irritated it.

I have the same thing I kissed a new guy and have started to get pimples around my lips I put sudocream on them and they seemed to spread and now my children have got them, they don't look like cold sores just spots but they won't go away been the doctors and they said could be viral doesn't look like cold sores need help!

It is not herpes, I have a white head on my outer mouth lip, can I use drawing sab? Its getting really big!!! I have tried really hot washcloth....nothing. How can I get rid of this?

Question... I have a bump on my upper lip which appears to be hard and white. I have tried squeezing it (although, I know I'm not suppose to) and nothing comes out anyway except a little blood. I don't believe it's a coldsore or a pimple... but wondering what else it could be? Thanks.... any feedback would be welcomed!!
I had one b4, I put tooth paste on my lip where the pimple was over night, woke up the next morning and wipe it with a rag. Then my lip started to bled so I stopped the bleeding & waited. Then about a hour later I went back into the bath room and squeezed where the bump was and a white head came out, because It took me so long to pop it... it was big and because it was big I had a tiny whole there for about one day. But every since I used the toothpaste on my lip over night I no longer have a zit on my lip & it has not came back. Every one isn't the same the tooth paste worked for me.

Right. Cause I been getting them since I was young. And I wash my face more than once a day with anti soap and facial soap. So I agree it not bad hygein.
Just had one they're kinda hard like a black head. The only way to get rid of it fast is when it comes to a head grip it then pull. It will look like a white core and leave a small hole where it was but it will heal. I have had several and no they do not leave a permanent mark. Brace yourself it will hurt.
They are very red but if you put rubbing alcohol or a dab of toothpaste for about 2-3 days it will dry out.When i popped it i pocked a hole with a needle and a hard ball came out!Drying the junk inside was most affective for me
i get these regularly even though i cleanse my face a lot - turns out it can be caused by using cheap/expired lip stick, smoking (as people who smoke get spots around the mouth more) & i have found that toothpaste makes it worse if they are reoccurring spots - not a one off! so try and avoid these things!
