Hello today i just check my testicles and im having little white bumps that look very similar to pimples but when i pop them nothing but a little bit of blood come out so i was wondering what this means?

Hey I have the same thing and have had them for a while. They are Whitehead’s because I was actually able to pop a few when I got bored. Just wait a while and make sure you clean them well
