I've had this issue for years, at least since i was 20. I am 25 now and stumbled upon the cure. I moved to arizona and started getting a rash in my armpits from the heat but i thought it was my deodorant. I switched to crystal salt deodorant which is just mineral salts that are suppose to raise the ph level of where ever applied and fight bacteria. On the bottle it read "can be sprayed on any other area with skin folds producing sweat and odor". I shaved like normal because it seemed to be the only way to get temporary relief of the crust and sprayed right after the shower just on a whim. It has been 2 months on longer and the trichomycosis pubis is COMPLETELY GONE. I usually dont write to forums but i felt the need to share this information. The 2 brands of salt deodorants i tried are crystalux deodorant" first and "Sprouts farmers market" brand second and currently still using because its cheaper. It comes in sprays deodorant sticks roll on and others ways. you get much more and pay less. Good luck to all
