I don't believe of what your saying because I'm going through this and I've never had this issue until I started using Crest Pro Tooth Paste...it has to be something that's on the crest products

I cut mine off. Heres why.

While some tastebuds swell for things like overuse of vitamin C, others swell and are extremely painful and NEVER go away. After reading posts of people who had them up to a year and were still suffering I said, forget that.

I cut them off, was instantly relieved, and never had a problem again.

Its been two years and I stumbled across this again.

Look its tastebuds, its not going to kill you and doctors don't study it because there is no money in curing it.

Suffer or don't, the choice is yours. I cut mine off.

I sleep well.

The little manicure kit scissors work well. Make sure they are sterile.

dont listen to this p***y, it hurts for just a second and barely bleeds. Youre not pulling a chunk of your tongue off, basically just a single taste bud more or less

So true. Candy is the only thing that gives me sores. Or mouthwash, which can give you cancer if you use too often.

I have something similar I really don't know if they are taste buds I'm sacred

I hate over trained nurses. Logic wins every time. Worried about infection. Ask yourself how often you bite your toung or lip. No infection. Clipping swollen taste buds is the same thing. Clip it. You'll feel much better. Unless your some homeless person with an extraordinarily dirty mouth, you will be fine. Don't listen to doctors and nurses. They. Make money like used car salesmen

I have sort of the same issue but I don't have the pain that comes along, it's just a single taste bud that is larger than the other and white, I don't understand it!

I've been cutting mine off for years. It hurts only for a second but the relief is almost instant. Then the next day it's as if it wasn't ever there. I've never had issues afterwards
