Hey, basically as the question says i always feel down, ill explain some things that i think could be related but might be nothing.
i constantly have a bad feeling in my stomach like I'm nervous about something, I'm a tall, slim, male, in my early 20's and used to be really fit, nowadays i don't really exercise at all and have a bit of a belly, because of this i sometimes get shortness of breath and feel like my chest is tighter than it should be. i also feel like my body over the past couple years has become slightly numbed to any feelings (touch) and emotions. i was in a car crash earlier this year and feel constantly tense in my upper body, as a result of the crash i also suffer from the occasional headache. also lately i feel bloated quite alot, for hours after meals and wake up with bad tastes in my throat.
it all mostly started after i went back to university and i was finding it hard to cope with work, college work, seeing my girlfriend and finding some spare time for me in between, before i started college my girlfriend and i where extremely happy, I'm often snappy at her now, so im always sad and feel even worse because i know it makes her upset to see me sad. and because of this the feeling in my stomach gets worse.
for years (about 7 or 8) i have found it impossible to yawn fully, i feel the urge to yawn, i start to yawn but as the air in my lungs fills and its almost to the top, my body stops it and i fully exhale (before its finished).
i feel very happy around my girlfriend and love her very much but because i don't know what these feelings are, i sit and think what i could be and it makes me think its the relationship and doubt my feelings for her although i know deep down we are great.
I know its alot of stuff, but any help would be great and thanks for taking the time to read!
Thanks, Mark.

Hey!I've had the same thing about the yawn a year ago.The doctor, of course, blamed me that I've been too much on the PC and got this because of that.I was and am really bad at sports and fail at the 600m dash thing at school. When I run I can't get past 300m because I just can't breathe and am afraid that I'll faint or something.Noticed my aunt had the same thing but she never really got over it.Probably because she always has problems and is never really happy. It started curing just when I got really happy over something and didn't turn a frown for a long time. Also always breathing slowly through my nose even now.It seems to help me a lot.I only open my mouth to breathe when trying to fall asleep.Other than that, I've got no idea how I got it cured.Fix your bad mood and try to breathe through your nose if it doesn't go away.
