I am 16 and I have sort of the same problem. I masturbate and then after a short while my muscles seem to clench (best way i can describe it) and a clearish liquid comes out. It doesnt feel as if i've orgasmed as it is not the great feeling that everyone else seems to say it is. I was once told by a friend that you just have to keep on going but it is incredibly difficult and the one time i did i white liquid started to gather at the top of my penis but after a while i gave up as i still could not feel anything that seemed to be an orgasm. I know i might not have worded that the best but its hard to explain. Can someone please help me?

Are you male and gave considerably large chest? Between ages 7 and 25? This may be a result of gynecomastia. A male syndrome similar to kinderfelt, I'm here to tell you: you don't need to worry. A lot of people your age have it and grow out of it over time, if you think they're manboobs and your life is ruined think again. There are exercises you may not have know fix it. Just doing sit ups and weight lifting inward burns off the fat around the nipple to normal size and as a benefit you may get buff. Just a hopefully helpful tip for any wonderers.
