I was wondering, i produced sperms like almost everyday when i am in puberty. Will there be any problems for my penis, will the penis become smaller? My penis is so small like about 3 inches and by producing sperms almost everyday, will it prevent my penis from growing bigger?

Genetics determine how big you'll be. But, your penis can grow until your early 20's.
