Hi, you are quite right about feeding. It is base for good training and developing of massive and well shaped body. Before training you need to take food which contains many calories which are easy to digest in your stomach. After the training you need to take foods which contain plenty of proteins and slowly dissolving carbohydrates which would fulfill spent reserves.
