There’s plenty of research to be done on this subject but all lines point to an effective, unusual but popular way of creating your own focused environment. If you can focus, then you’re more likely to study harder for a more effective amount of time, than studying poorly for longer. Gazing out of the window and checking in on Facebook may seem like a good time, but later down the line you’ll wish you could have concentrated that little bit more. It’s well worth trying aromatherapy for an exciting way to keep your head in the game.
