13 year old Still Sleeps With Mom

he needs to be in his own room now as he is starting puberty and his mom will see him erect when he gets out of bed.  this is not natural at all.  this will affect him in older life. shove him out of her bed and tell him to get into his own bed.  How can he jerk off if he is in his mother;s bed. LOL

i am a  single mum of several boys a couple just barely into puberty.why are so many up-tight about kids and parents,( or a mom co-sleeping.Have you ever heard of the" family bed"? easier for breastfeeding,and cuddling,after a long day of working and not seeing your kids I  breastfeed all my 6 kids,mostly for bonding and affection....

..ALSO what is this about demomizing the body?none of us have any need to war cloths in the privacy of our own home,and secluded property If one teaches their kids that the body is nasty,and must be hiden,this causes guilt,shame ans anxiety.Any moms out there agree?

if you want to wake up having your son waking up exposing his erection to you might be a little weird. yes having your kids sleeping with you is fine but at some stage and his age he needs to have his own bed. I don't want to sound sick but what if he wants to pleasure himself and you are in the same bad as him. now that is not cool.

yesi  am also a mom  ( single )breastfeeding )....and   a nutritionist,and lactation consultant.We are aslo  a nudist fam, home-school,yoga,,huge fenced-in back-yard,trees to climb.We also . co--sleep...( get to spend more time with them,affection,and easier for breastfeeding )

.I do not know why so many americans and tmany  english,get SO UP-TIGHT ABOUT BODIES !...what is the big deal...........I have 6 boys like to play and be naked in the privacy of our home.Yes ther are erections a lot while playing,,family massage,nursing,etc. but that is totaly natural. 

Some parents actually FORCE their kids to wear clothing ,maby jammies ~~TO BED  ,FOR GOD-SAKES! ! ...( even if they DO NOT so desire.Moms,maby we can lighten -up a little here...

yes mom we can talk... how can i comtact you?..we have several naturist moms here,i teach extended breastfeeding amd child led weaning,and my 11 yr old twin boys have not wished to stop....i feed all my boys 2 at a time,.....they love to co sleep for the cuddling and affection.sometimes you can se them playing,and stop to hug and give kisses,soo cute !

what is the problem with having an orgasm...it is natural,nothing to be hidden or ashamed of...i am a single mom of several noys to nearly 12,we are nudist 24-7,and co-sleeep..i breastfeed all my kids..i see erections all day long as they play or just walk around.....this is natural...some are raised to believe that this is nasty and bad. but I say..no one should have to jerk them-selves off ......that is very sad .........when we do group massage .all give kisses,ect. on one at a time.from head to toe.To religious folks,feeling GOOD,is bad ..this is highly illlogical.

When my mother got divorced we moved into this two bedroom mobile home. I was 14. I had shared a bed with my mother until I was 9 because it was the only bed. Then she got married and I got my own room. Now she wanted to resume that. She thought we could sleep in the same room in a full size bed which filled up the room and have the other bedroom as an extra room. I didn't want to do that. if people at school knew I was sleeping with my mother I'd be in trouble. Also she liked to get in bed and read and read and read for hours and hours. "Just turn your head" she said to me. I didn't want to. I wanted my own room. After a few months of this I got out my mummy bag and slept in it in the extra room. Finally she bought me a twin bed to sleep in. I was 15. That's not all. When I graduated from college at 21 my mother had moved to another state and bought a two bedroom mobile home. She filled up both bedrooms. I told her to clean out the smaller one so I could sleep in it or I would find another place to live. She wondered why I couldn't share her double bed with her. I was 20. When I was in college my mother lived in one bedroom apartments so I went to school year round because there was no place for me to sleep.

After my marriage ended and my divorce had been final for a couple years I bought a mobile home. I had two bedrooms and I kept one bedroom free so she would have a bedroom if she decided to move in with me. She promised me she wouldn't move in with me but eventually she did.

This is very disturbing. More so than a young child sleeping with their mother.

my cousin did the same thing and then we asked him to call over his friends for sleepovers often and it worked after three or four times he stopped on his own 

sounds like she's a brilliant mum for putting her son first.

I am almost year old girl and my mom has to do the same but when someone is in the room I can go to sleep but if no one. Is in ny room I Will. NOT!!!!!!!!! Go to sleep. At all so what do you think. Is wrong with. Me I just think I am afraid. That my mom will leave. Me.......!!!!!!!

I think you are just accustomed to sleeping with someone and all you need to do is get used to sleeping alone.
