It really does depend on the quantity. I am assuming you have never been able to ejaculate - correct? If so - I think this is showing that you are ALMOST there! I predict that you may actually be ejaculating just a little bit of semen...but not quite enough that it leaves your penis during your orgasm. After you are no longer hard - and everything is relaxing the little bit of semen leaks out. Once you actually start to ejaculate you will find that this is often the case after your ejaculation - there is always some residual in your penis that will leak out.
Just relax...I don't think this is anything to be concerned about! I predict that before too long you will be having full ejaculations when you have an orgasm! Good luck!

I've always had "a little bit more" that comes out after I'm done and it's not quite like the actual ejaculate.

For a 14 year old this is not unusual, things should sort themselves out as you get older. Try not wanking so often i.e. not every time you get an erection! Once or twice a week is more than enough until your equipment is 'run in'
