Hi, I'm a 15 almost 16 year old boy who is in year 11 and almost finished ( like a week to go) . This means I will be going college soon ! I am the smallest in my year ( even out of the girls )! I have very little pubic hair and about 3 black ones near the route of my penis , I have no armpit hair - at all - . My voice is high , not sure if my balls have dropped or not , my penis is small. Also when I get erections my foreskin still covers up my gland ( bell end ) . My last and final issue is that on the underneath of my gland my foreskin has a very strong tight bit of skin attaching it ( the piece of skin is thin) . Please could someone help kenas I want a girlfriend and want to move on to the next stage in life ready for college.
Its actually very common for guys your age to not reach puberty yet...in fact there are guys who dont teach puberty until they are 18-19 years old. Dont worry about it too much, everyone has to go through puberty at one point, and you can get a girlfriend now (you just have to find someone who doesnt mind your situation)
