There isn't a physical problem. You know you can ejaculate so physically everything is functioning as it should. Is it psychological? Maybe. Do you have any negative feelings about masturbation? Do you think it's a sin? Dirty? Etc.?
Not all guys can ejaculate using the traditional up-down motion. Some have to "hump" objects.
Maybe you aren't continuing long enough either. What happens when you try to masturbate? Why do you stop?
