Hi,
Lately, i have been feeling particularly conscious of my weight, i have tried so many things to try and lose the 14lbs which i gained when i started university. My boyfriend has lately admitted that he agrees with me that my body was a lot better before and so i am desperate to address this problem. I have been reading about the 2,4,6,8 diet and feel that from reading the forum it would be a good one to try, however i do not fully understand it...anyone who could offer me some advice / guidance on this diet would be much appreciated.
