mine just appeared a day or two ago..under the balls..its small white pimple..under the skin it's really hard..pus came out when i pinched it...it's really painful..can't sit or walk properly coz of the pain..any help??
A lot of these sound like molluscum contagiosum. It's a very common, contagious skin virus that I believe causes most acne on most parts of the body. Salicylic acid, sulfer creams, Proactive, benzoyl peroxide are the best treatments. Treat pus as biohazard if you insist on popping. It contains the virus and you can reinfect yourself and others thru sexual or skin to skin contact. Incubation period varies. 2-weeks to several months. I've had It on my face for a decade. It's persistent sometimes erupts under skin causing pea sized lesions. Best to use products mentioned above let your skin produce a head before extracting, and try not to reinfect Yourself. Virus can live on surfaces, towels, sheets etc.

Hi I have had this problem over to and a half years diagnosed six months ago as acne and having treatment at this moment in time with a drug called Lymecycline. But you need to get theses bumps sorted I've had three operations in the past year to remove the offending lump/bumps if you clearing out the puss ok but if the duct is to small and you can't get the puss out infection will start, I was admitted into hospital New Year's Day as one lump stopped producing puss and became infected and increased to the size of a plum within 48 hours not good, had to have it removed as an emergency procedure as poisons had started to infect my blood.
Search for Scrotal Calinosis for the extreme version of this condition. It is calcified nodules under the skin of the scrotum. If the "zits" are hard, this is likely what they are. Since they are not pimples in the true sense, i.e associated with one of your pores, there is no hole to squeeze them out of. The easiest way to remove them is to make a very small incision so that they can be squeezed out. They are not dangerous. Most people have them removed for comfort or cosmetic reasons.
If you can see well enough and are brave enough, a sharp scalpel can be used to make a small slice on top of the nodule so that you can pop it out. You can get scalpels on Amazon. Use antiseptic before and after. Use an ice cube to numb the area first.
