I am 20 years old and have never ejaculated. for about a year now, I've had a rise in libido and have managed to pre-ejaculate but never ejaculate completely. I've never had a wet dream except once, but I think it might have just been pre-ejaculation as well.

Some background information:

Around the age of 13, I started to pre-ejaculate and to have some sexual desire, but at the same time I was diagnosed with a neurological/psychological disorder. for the next couple years i had depression and never masturbated nor ejaculated. When I was 16 I started taking antibiotics, zoloft, and antipsychotics. At 18 i stopped taking the medication (I did consult it with my doctor), and i started worrying about my sexual activity. I went to see an urologist around a year ago, but he just told me it was psychological and that I needed to go back on zoloft.

I do believe there might be a psychological or even neurological problem, but I also believe there is something else. For the last couple years there have been times where it hurts to pee (for a couple days every 1 or 2 months), and lately I've noticed it hurts to pee when I have and erection, or when I try to ejaculate when masturbating.

Some of those drugs can have a negative affect on male sex drive and functions, as well as physical affects on male sexual organ functions. A 20 year old normally should feel a need and urge to have many ejaculations and most teens do too. See a different Dr. All males deserve an active and pleausrable sex life, especially when young like you. Try different Dr.s until one helps you function sexually like most normal healthy males of your age do. Good luck.
