I had an abortion three weeks ago I'm no longer bleeding but I had sex about three days ago and he nutted inside of me and I took a pregnancy text two days after the sexual entercourse took place. It came back negative. I thought the hCG levels would be high and I'd get a false positive at least but I didn't. I want to have a baby now and I'm so upset. Can anyone tell me why it's negative? What lol. You are confused because your test is negative? Do you think there is some kind of guarantee that you will get pregnant from having sex? That's not how it works, you probably have to try many times. Sperm quality of the guy can be bad, your egg could be bad (or not even there). Quit smoking helps on fertility, otherwise see a fertility clinic for help
