I had an abortion on March 21st and I was 8 weeks pregnant! I took the pills needed in one day and had the implant fitted when I took the four small pills 6 hours after the firsts ones... I have been bleeding ever since and it is now June 10th! That's nearly 12 weeks of pure bleeding! Sometimes I do not bleed at night but I do all throughout the day.
Has anyone else experienced this? I still get the odd small clot but otherwise it feels like I have been on my period for this length of time. Also my breast have become a ridiculous size! I'm a small size 8 frame too!
Sounds strange but have you taken a home pregnancy test in the 12 weeks? With the breast growth it seems to me that you have some hormonal issue left unresolved, so either you are still pregnant but are bleeding or are not pregnant but have raging hormones that needs to be addressed. Make a doctors appointment to get this checked, this isn't normal after so long after an abortion - also tissue could be left in the womb causing this too which could be that you would need a medical abortion, DNC to complete it which would cease your bleeding to every month.
