When I was 15, I damaged my right testacle riding a bike for several hours. I was out of commission for a couple weeks if I recall. I am now 43 and my wife aggravated the injury accidentally. I am not in sever pain and 99% of the time I am fine, but if I move the "right way" I get a sharp pain thta doesn't buckle me over but it causes me to pause for a few seconds if I am getting out of the car or walking. It seems to hurt on the very bottom if I touch the area of the right one. No pain urinating or any other time.

Should I apply ice (doesn't appear swollen)?
It's only been a few days and seems a slight bit better.
What about anti-inflammatories?

Thanks

Hi,

I saw your post on steadyhealth.com and wanted to ask you if you have had any improvement.  I am in similar situation and have tried a number of medications including cold therapy but no real results yet.  Would greatly appreciate your input on this subject.
