No one has come to the conclusion that each individual is creating these feelings within their own brain? Being that your brain has control over every single aspect of your body, including thoughts, I conclude that these "reactions" are subconscious tendencies of insecurity.
The unknown is scary. I understand that but the more you learn about what you don't understand, the less scary it becomes! Start learning people!
PS ~ Don't forget that most studies done are falsifiable and do not consider all the details and variables, no one is perfect and neither are studies. Moral of the PS is that everything you read, hear, and see is only PART of the WHOLE story
I know the feeling and i smoke weed like almost all the time and that's exactly what happens to me whenever i smoke weed i get bad trips and it felt like my body was getting cut up and like someone beating me up my whole body felt numb and every time someone went to go talk to me it sounded like there voices were fading away more and more and then I'll hear this little whisper then I'll hear this mumbling and then back to normal forward and backwards on and off man i still feel kind of weird talking about it all i can say is try everything you possibly can to stay calm don't ever do meth or cocaine or anything like that because that will really make you trip out worse than weed will i never done any of that stuff but i know people that use to do that kind of stuff and they told me that it was the worst feeling of there life and they'll never do it again getting back to smoking weed now if you think you might be allergic to it then don't smoke what kind of weed did you smoke was it that K2 spice that kills people all because it not real weed? was it that lavender flavored kush called mid? was it bubble gum kush? was it blueberry yum yum? was it nap time kush? was it exotic weed? was it white widow? was it black widow? was it mango kush? marry jane or was it regular weed? because what i heard certain types of weed do certain things to people because if it was K2 that could be one of the reasons why you tripped out like that but if it was regular weed then you're probably allergic to the THC that's in it which i probably am too you're the only one that get's bad trips i get bad trips too whenever i smoke it so like i said if you're allergic to it don't smoke it.
Pot is still a plant. Just like any other plant, certain people are allergic and certain people have different reactions to their allergy.I'm not against pot whatsoever but I advise you to Stay Away from it. I smoked it plenty when I was younger. I stopped and tried again. My first allergy attack was like yours. The second time It put me in the hospital with a respirator Machine cut into my throat and hives from my mouth down my throat. Then I got the entire lecture of how Pot is a plant too and people have allergies to it and blah blah blah.
I don't think this is the same situation, but maybe someone can help clarify. I smoke weed every day. I smoke it in most forms during the course of the day, but I primarily smoke out of a 22 inch bong. When I smoke out of joints, blunts, or pipes this reaction does not happen. For me, when I take in a huge hit, I start to seizure. I do this a couple of times a week, and for the most part can control when it happens by not taking too large of hits. It starts with my head feeling fuzzy, then a tingleing euphoria spreads throughout my entire body. I feel like I am in my own little world, but apparently my cheeks wiggle and my legs shake then seize up. My eyes roll back and I lose a sense of reality. I will drop anything I am holding, and have (Tomato soup on my crotch, fuuuuck). This goes on for about 20-35 seconds. once it is done, I am fuzzy for about 2-3 seconds, then snap into complete sobriety. I feel so high when I have this reaction that the rest of my high is dulled in comparison. The first time it happened, my friend freaked out (understandably). Since the second time it happened, I warn anybody I'm smoking with of this reaction and tell them to take the bong when I hand it to them after a hit, I have about 7 seconds before it sets in. My friends and I have talked about it, and have only come up with a couple of possible scenarios:
1. I am allergic to THC, and my body is trying to filter it out.
2. Lack of oxygen to the brain due to so much smoke.
This doesn't really happen with normal weed, but this happens with keif bowls and dabs. I have tried to test it out with tobacco and keif and it will do the job too. We have been trying to see if just tobacco causes it, but no luck yet.
I used to be extremely concerned that I do this, but it has happened so much and nothing has happened. To be honest, it is one of the greatest parts of my day, maybe week when it happens, knowing that for 30 seconds, I can feel just good. I have never heard of this happening to anyone else, so an explanation or similar experience would definitely help.
Sorry to advise you I am not doctor so this is just based on fact i have personally researched and i research a lot i have never heard a person to be allergic to it now that being said i know or have heard of people cannot smoke or ingest it because cannabis does have estrogen in it its one of 400 chemicals in cannabis. which can be a problem with those types of health issues man r woman. i would recommend going to a professional health care professional. Weed is not for everyone.
Let me give it to you straight man. I experimented with different things back in the 70,s. I have passed out multiple times over the course of a few years back then. I smoked while drinking and without it. I have eaten good and not eaten. I have smoked small amounts and had this happen. Like only 3-4 tokes. My blood pressure is normal and I am a healthy guy. Quit smoking 5 years ago.
It can happen all the time or some of the time. I have tried different cuts and so on. I have read some of the blogs that people are replying to and there reasons for why this is happening. Most are just talk and they just want to give their opinions, but I will tell you first hand that there was no reason that I read that was the actual answer as to why people keep falling on their ass.
So, I went to a small party the other night. I had some drinks and took 2 tokes after 40 years of not having any drugs in my system. 1 hour later or so, I had 2 more tokes. shortly after that, I'm making my way to the bathroom knowing I was going to pass out from experience. The white backround we normally see starts being filled with black spots. Almost like a puzzle being filled in piece by piece until the vision field is completely black and then you just pass out with no control. I was sitting on the toilet with my clothes on for balance and fell forward ripping my head open on the porcellin sink. That is the last time for me. I thought after 40 years, things could be a little different. I am on my 2nd day of detoxing from what I believe is a severe reaction to the THC found in pot. If you are having these same reactions, I will seriously tell you to run and hide from this stuff. It is not worth it. There is a lot of people experiencing this same problem and I hope they get a chance to read this. I am not a pot hater by any means. The lucky ones never have any problems with the blackouts but the rest of us need to stop going through this before we injure ourselves or others and I pray no one will be driving a car.
Good Luck to all,
Chris
I had something similar happen to me, after I smoked a blunt for my first time, I tripped, and I was numb for about a week, afterwards, I'd get all trippy when I got reaaaaallly tired. Now out of nowhere, the same numb feeling has returned, I smoked weed about 14 months ago.... :/
you my friend are a p***y. Marijuana is one of the most calming pleasing feeling that one could have. You just need to chill and enjoy it.
