I have had the same problems for quite awhile, and sought help with great results! This is what I've been doing for a couple of months.......cut out all white sugar, (use raw honey, real maple syrup or raw agave nectar instead) wheat and white flour, (oats, rye, barley, live wheat like Ezekiel bread, spelt flour instead) caffiene, and dairy (unless raw)until the gut gets healthy, the rest of you won't be! After a few days of gradually introducing raw milk, I got an amazing "cleaning out"......in addition, I am losing weight. Try to reduce meat, eating eggs and raw nuts for protein (and the raw dairy)

I was the same way (always hungry, tired, and moody)

I got my thyroid levels checked and the doctors saw I had hyperthyroidism which led to my diagnosis of Graves Disease. Now I just take one small pill every morning and I feel normal again!

I have hypothyroid from past 5 years and is on medication.. i used to take it after food..but recently , 6 months back, my doc advised me to take it before breakfast..5-6 months later i realised i had to eat every 2- 3 hours ..recently i have to eat every 45 mins otherwise i get dizziness and would lose all my energy..i had all types of blood tests and everything was normal except thyroid.. i surfed d net and thought i had stomach ulcer..i had an endoscopy and was diagnosed with patchy erthyma and antral gastritis.. I was happy tat finally i finally found the problem..i stopped the thyroid medicines as i am not able to take it as it causes  excessive gastric..doctor prescribed me proton pump inhibitors..i am on medication from 3 weeks and the hunger has still not changed and i am seriously worried.. i dont know whats the problem but i am still hungry every 45 mins!!!!! Irritated!!! Get an endoscopy done..its most probably because of Gastritis!

Theres many factors for all these issues.. one everybody needs for certain foods is different .. find out what ur body is needing most .. some need warm foods .. some need raw.. others protien.. some gluten free etc.. secondly sunlight fresh air and nature.. to many ppl dont spend enough time with nature.. everybody runs around in this rat race waking up to alarms, having to drink caffeine in order to function.. rushing around in concrete buildings.. everything u need in regards to energy is in the sun and in the trees .. yet everybody ignores them.. meditation is where u can leave all the stress behind and relign ur bodys energy ..

This may sound strange, but one of the best ways to fight fatigue is by exercising. Moderate exercise is enough to really offer a huge boost in both mood and energy. Don't believe me? Give it a try!
