I started to get public hair in 2012 and after a month i then started to get armpit hair this was when i was 15 my penis size was non erect 4inch and when erect 5inch. After a year therew not much of a difference in my penis size. i don't know if this is normal.

Average for an adult is 5 - 5 1/2". It can grow into your early 20's.
