thank you for posting this! I had a severe cold last week and felt really sick - however this week my stomach is extremely bloated and i have a really hard spot right under my belly button.. I think it might be a hernia but not sure, went to the dr this past Friday- she could not find anything wrong and X-rays were negative... I am waiting for the blood tests to come back and I have an ultrasound next week... I feel so uncomfortable and can hardly eat anything without feeling like I ate 5 big macs and went back for more... no joke... I am really scared as i have never experienced anything like this before... my lower back is killing me... what could it be... please help..

Hey, I had a similar problem but it got so bad I was even in the hospital for a week and in & out after that cuz they still couldn't figure it out,I'm a 17 yr old girl, everyone kept saying it was just part of growing up. Eventually I was given a GI doctor that specializes in stomach stuff. He put me on a gluten free diet for a couple months. I felt better after the first couple days but I do not have celiacs disease. I'm eating normal foods now, it was more of just a cleanse, because sometimes you just get too much and your body can't handle it. I was warned that I may have to watch how much gluten I eat but everything has been fine in the 3 months since I started eating gluten again.

Maybe try a gluten free diet for a bit, it comes with a higher price tag and some odd tastes at first, but do not cheat on this diet, it's not worth the pain, at least at the amount it was causing me.
