1. You need to do power lifts. This means you need to work the muscles around the knee area. This will build up muscle mass to a point where you are unable to move your caps. That will slove the problem but after that you need to feed you body the lost nutrients. So however you get Calcium and protein into your body, you need to figure out those things. I was thinking about drinking Bull Semem/Sperm or even having a super delux Egg white diet. THen there is calcium. You get more calcium from leafy greens like Celery ( Unless I am mistaken ). Back in college I was eating Cellery a lot and my loads were slightly bigger.
Speaking of loads. You should research what porn stars use. Because they take the risk so often.
2. Do not eat sugar. Sugar damages bones and in weight lifting ( as a sport ) could lead to broken bones. My uncle was a boxer and he would not go down until his leg snapped. Because he would eat sugar like crazy. Point is your body mass produce sugar.
