Hey its nice to have a place to go where no one judges you and they are there others dealing with problems.
No big deal to wear a diaper while your there makes things easier for you.
The problems you have are still something that is nice to get help with its good you go there you can support other kids and get support as well.
It has to be frustrating for your son if he was not wetting the bed before puberty started.
The daytime accident he has are they small leaks or is he emptying his bladder completely?
Sometimes things like stress and anxiety can cause bed wetting issues.
With not finding a medical cause it might be related to his starting puberty if there are no issues that are causing him stress other than the bed wetting.
For now support and understanding and reassurance that it is a medical problem that is not his fault is about all that can be done.
Hopefully in time he grows out of it on his own.
Don't know if it is down to puberty or other stress, wish I did.
Hows is your son coping with his wetting problems?
Hopefully he understands that for now it is something that is out of his control.
Have the daytime accidents been happening regularly to the point he needs to wear a diaper during the day now?
If he is on summer vacation that should help to reduce his stress if he has had problems with accidents at school.
Hopefully things improve for him soon.
I dont know if you are a girl or boy,but i know that for girls, bedwetting does happen to some! I was one of those girls going thru puberty and bedwetting, having started past age 11 and continuing till just before 15! I wore cloth diapers and plastic pants to bed every night to bed for my bedwetting. As i got to 14,it was really hard, trying to be a normal teen girl and yet having to wear the diapers and plastic pants to bed.I wasnt alone tho,as i had three friends who were also in puberty with me and bedwetting! Two of them wore the cloth diapers and rubberpants like i did.and the third one wore disposable diapers with the rubberpants. The four of us would have a slumber party every so often and would chat about any problems or situations. It was this small group that helped me and the other three girls get thru our bedwetting during puberty!
Cloth diapers feel softer and plastic pants can keep your bed dry. Also diaoers are great fir humping in.
I think several of the posts are about wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants for Easter celebrations. The other posts about wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants could be related to cost as cloth diapers are much cheaper and are reusable plastic pants are needed with cloth diapers because cloth does not contain the pee like disposable diapers do. Anyone with with bed wetting issues girls or boys wearing diapers is the best way to manage the problem. The type used often depends on what is affordable for the family. If you have the same problem the only thing that matters is wearing what works for you and what your family can afford to use.
I am a girl 15 and was a bedwetter going thru puberty.I started the bedwetting just before age 12 and like some of the other girls here,my parents put me into the cloth diapers and rubberpants also! The diapers were the regular Gerber flat cloth baby diapers in the 24x27 inch size and were pinned on me with diaper pins. The rubberpants were adult size medium and fit me blousy over the diapers.Every night before bedtime,i would lay on my bed and mom would powder me,pin the diapers on me then put the rubberpants on over them! It was hard not to feel like a baby! This went on all thru ages 12,13 and 14 before i stopped the bedwetting just before 15.When i did my 8th grade confirmation at 14,us girls had to wear white, poofy, knee length dresses and veils,so mom had me wear my diapers and rubberpants under my dress to add to my "purity and innocence" of the white outfit! I am happy to be done with the diapers and rubberpants now!
