OK, my situation is as follows. I am a stay at home mom, and as such I do a lot of running around and I cook quite a lot of healthy foods. You would think that I am in an ideal situation to stay fit. I am fit, as it happens. But also fat. I need to lose two dress sizes. What type of diet and exercise plan would you recommend to me?
Can I ask you a few questions? Were you always the size you are now, or did you put on weight in recent times? What kind of body type do you have? When you say you cook healthy meals, what exactly do you mean? I know that losing weight can be a difficult venture, and some people are simply bigger than others. Are you sure you want to lose weight?
Thank you for taking the time to help me! I am a size 10 now, and before becoming a mom, in my early twenties, I was a size 6. I am perhaps being too optimistic when I say that I can get back to that, but a size 8 would be nice, you know? Oh, and by healthy meals I mean that I cook from scratch a lot, always different things, and that we rarely eat out and especially no fast foods. I do like my fair share of cakes and chocolate though.
