I want to get ripped abs! But after a regime of ab crunches and other exercise I can say that this has not done it for me. Does it take more than just exercise to get ripped? Do you need to follow any kind of special diet? Can you share your personal recommendations for diets that will help me get ripped? Thank you, guys!
