Can I call on you people for some advice please? Due to the nature of my work, I spend the majority of my time eating in restaurants. This is part of the reason that I now have some weight to lose, but I'll still have to eat in restaurants, so I need to get some idea about what I can eat that is not too fattening, and can help me lose weight. Any ideas?
You can either stick to salads, or - and this is what I do when I am on a diet - order a starter instead of a main course. If it is a restaurant that you frequent often, you could even ask them to give you half a portion of a meal. And remember, alcohol is responsible for a large part of your weight gain, so you could cut down on that as well if you drink wine with your meals. Order water instead!
