IM 14 AND I HAVE THESE I CANT FIND CLEAR ANSWERS AND MY MOM WONT TAKE ME TO THE DOCTOR
Dude I did to much E at a rave (My first ever rave) and ever since developed floaters because I probably injested to much wack drugs.. I quit smoking weed now to.. im 26 iv been smoking since I was 17 but the E was a bad choice I know it caused these floaters even tho my doc said there normal I know why they came.. I did something to myself =( drugs have side effects. I hope my sober life healthy eating and vitamins help make them go away.
i was born with one big black line in my right eye, And i have gained 3 dots in my left eye but recently my mate gave me ridilon pills that i have taken twice and another 2 small dots appeared
What if they are more like shadows than spots?
I too have this annoying black floater and have had several test to find a cure I have sinus problems too and believe it is associated with sinus problems but stress is the biggest cause

Im epileptic and habe never had these symptoms before. Im 22 with a small child and every day I see shapes in my eyes or black dots and it makes me get head spins and feel weak like im going to pass out. I went to hospital and told they were aouras to my seizures but its never ever happened before, I had an mri scan and it came up clear :/ im very comfused at this because its been going on since late november last year and before that everything was fine! ! I cant even attemd school anymore bevause I camt go a full day without seeing these things and even sunlight thru the trees just on a windy day gives me these shapes :(

Black spots should not be confused with eye flashes. If you suddenly see many new black spots in your vision, consult an eye specialist immediately. This could be a sign of a retinal detachment as it most likely means that blood is entering your vitreous humor.
Horrible advise. In phone if you consistently see black floaters it is due to hemorrhaging high blood pressure infections or possibly retina detachment. You could go permanently blind if this condition persists without seeing the doctor
i see these spots even when i close my eyes there the exact shape when i open my eyes i see them all the time, i think theres sall the time in my right eye

I've just started to see these two black dot "floaters in my left eye !! .. .. I have elevated blood sugar, and I'm a Type 2 diabetic .. .. Should I worry ??
I was 14 when I took 24 sleeping pills, now i am 15, and ever since then ive noticed these little dots that cover everywhere i look from time to time. Ive thought that these dots were caused by taking the pills and now after reading about what you did, answered my questions. It has to be because of the pills and im really not happt about it. I wish i had never taken them.
To ALL... I experience these "FLOATERS" , which is a term for doctors to use when they don't know what to diagnose you with and then tell u to get used to it.. total BS! I am determined to find a specialist but have so far been explained to by eye docs that it's nothing serious and I'll get used to it... 1 year later it is worse than ever (constant moving waves, particles, and black soot like material irritating my eyes, collecting in inner corners and obstructing my vision, plus extreme light sensitivity). OVER IT! Will post back with follow up, if u know of a specialist familiar with symptoms and willing to discuss treatment options .I know I'm not alone and frustrated, will add any input and gratefully accept!
