I just signed up for the 6 week body make over and I know I'm a body type B. I would like to buy my food in advance so I'm ready as soon as it arrives. Does anyone know what I should buy for food?

I always buy chicken breast, turkey breast, eggs, and Frozen uncooked peeled and deveined shrimp if it's on sale. I get carrots, spinach, green beans, and broccoli. A few plums, peaches, pineapple, an apple or two, an occassionally a canteloupe. Just a few things I get to get me through a week of eating on the Type B Plan. Hope this helps!

I don’t really know many specifications of body type B but I can suggest few things that you need to avoid in order to lose weight. Now first thing is first, avoid fatty foods and avoid fast food. You need to avoid red meat also. Try to eat more fish and vegetables. You can also eat chicken breasts, avoid other parts of chicken because they contain more fats. Also fruit is essential in the process of weight loss. How much weight do you need to lose? Also how much do you plan to lose in these six weeks diet program. I hope that this helped you a bit.
