I have no idea what these are, it seems I have 2 large "pimples" near my man parts. I am a virgin so I am curious as to what these are. the areas are almost a bright red color and I am very scared its something more serious. There is no white head to be found on either area and both are very sensitive to touch. Anyone know what these are?

Its a in grown hair, I've had this before. You will need to go to the doctor and have it cut open to release the infection... Good Luck

Bumps in pubic area usually come from razor burns or ingrown hair. Many times they are nothing serious and they will go away after some time. However things can get complicated and you might even need to see a doctor about this. How old are? Are you maybe shaving your pubic hair? As I understood nothing is coming out of the pimple? Have you tried to put any pressure on it, more than just a touch?
I think that this can easily be ingrown hair and the skin is just not infected still. You can wait few more days and see if any changes occur. If you notice any white puss you should try to push it out.
