Hey everyone, so on my forhead i have bumps. They wont go away, no matter what i try. And i ahve some bumps on my cheeks, and upper lip.... How could i get rid of them? Or what are some good products that gets rid of them quickly? Also, is it ok to pop pimples and bumps? How would i clean them after i pop them?

Have you tried corticosteroid cream? If you pop them, you will need to use antibiotic cream to prevent an infection.
