hello, I am a 32 years old female and I have been suffering from buzzing sensation in the head for over 3 months now. I also feel a flickering all over my body ( back, legs, arms) but mostly in the head. I have seen a nuerologist, MRI,MRA,MRV, results are normal. I was also reffered to an ENT because before all these symtoms started 4 months ago I had a nasal congestion and when I tried to blow the mucus out, I became very dizzy, felt like the wall was spinning for a few seconds. Since then I had foggy vision for 2 months. My vision eventually better after a few months but the buzzing sensation in my head has not gone away. feels like its gotten worst because now I also have flickering and pulsing sensation all over my body mostly in my head. I have seen almost all type of specialist but cant seem to find whats causing the problem. The back of my neck has been hurting also and I do hear a sound more like a sizzling sound, not sure if its coming from neck, throat or ear but these feeling are very disturbing. I feel like I had developed anxiety because its been going on for a while now and still cannot rule out whats causing it. Please help if you have an idea, thank you in advance!

Hi, I have been getting this buzzing/pressure in my head constantly now, over the last couple of months, found this site two days ago. delighted to know that other people has the same problem, started to look into it, found out inflammation in the brain possible cause, then discovered that Omega Fatty Acids - flax oil - start brain to produce serotanin and anti-inflammatory hormones, also Curcumin (which is the active ingredient in Turmeric) is a potent anti-inflammatory agent and a powerful stimulator for neurogenesis. So I bought some yesterday - Flax Oil and ZinCuFlex(high potency Extract of Ginger and Curcumin - this extract is advertised for joint pain) Curcumin BCM95 is considered the best but couldnt find it. I took both yesterday evening and after a short while the buzzing lessened, today I have no buzzing just a little pressure. Turmeric is totally safe but research it for yourself, for your own peace of mind. I feel it is working for me, I know its just one day but the relief of not having that constant buzzing feels great. Take Care Colette

I just stopped taking cymbalta and now have this crazy buzzing in my head. I'm curious what your solution was.
I am 50 yrs old and live with this every day 24/7 . I dread the night and morning when things are most quiet because it is most noticeable. Sometimes I lay awake in bed wondering if it will one day drive me insane. It's awful thing to live with. I do hope they find something that helps if not a cure.
Hi all, this Colette, still taking omega fatty acids and pukka wholistic turmeric, a month later have found buzzing and pressure in head still gone, also started taking magnesium citrate, recommeded!!!! take care
I have been diagnosed with MS and have same symptom. T is getting worse so the pain clinic is going to try a medial nerve block.
I had the same thing and was told it was a drug allergy. It continued after stopping the new drug that may have cause it. I have now been diagnosed with MS. This is a symptom. Mine is getting worse, Valium helps tremendously but next step is a Medial Branch Block and the nerve destruction to see if this works, I wil keep you updated.
What is your solution?
It's the buzzing still gone? I'm going crazy
I read on this forum somewhere that omega 3 and 1000mg of Vitamin c worked for a member on this forum. I couldn't believe something that felt so awful could be cured that easily but I took those Meds and it has almost gone completely. It's a miracle. I took omega 3 fatty acid and 1000mg vitamin c and it got better the day I took it which was yesterday and today I feel like a new man. How can something like that cure an awful feeling like that. Another tip Valium or xanax gets rid of it as well. But I don't want to get hooked on them again. Roger.
Omega 3 and 1000mg once daily. It's worked for me and someone else on the forum. The guy I got the tip off. It amazingly works.
There is and it's so simple omega 3 fatty acid and vitamin c 1000mg tablets. I didn't believe it would work but a few people on this forum have said it works and it has for me. Only been on them 2 days and feeling miles better already.some people take curmeric as well.
Take omega 3 and vitamin c 1000mg once daily. I never thought it would work but right now I feel great. It really works.
Your electrical impulses are off Look to Native medicine. A necklace with unbroken chain and solar disk work well. The more mild symptoms mentioned here would do well with an antidepressant therapy approach. I am a retired mental health nurse, and have seen it all, that me!
